4. Putting the show into showroom.

6. Expect 100% integrity even if it costs us a sale or two.
7. Make clients feel important.
8. Make every client feel like the only client we’ve ever had.
9. Create an experience which stands out from everyone else.
10. If you can’t be confident, be competent.
11. Confidence plays a crucial part of any sales process.
12. Be competent when you can’t be confident.

Requirements
1. The more you learn the more you earn.
