We are a friendly training practice (GP trainees and medical students) so are used to supporting GPs as they develop in their careers. We operate a total triage model, where one of the GP Partners reviews every consult before it is booked with our team. This is a Primary Care Network Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme role (PCN ARRS GP) and w e are offering 12 hours of work for this role. This could be 3 x 4 hour sessions, but we could offer this flexibly around your other work commitments. We also work closely with other surgeries in our PCN in offering this role. Currently these roles have been confirmed until March 2025 but we expect the funding to continue beyond this date. This is a salaried role, so will include NHS Pension, National Insurance and allocated time towards Continue Professional Development (1 in every 10 sessions). Please do contact us even if you would be interested in more sessions as we could share your details with the other surgeries in our network. We look forward to hearing from you and hope to be a stepping stone in your long-term career development.
