Job summary The Hounslow Health Visiting Service is seeking a Band 5 Community Staff Nurse to support the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme. The successful applicant will work within a skill mix team to support and assist in the development, implementation and evaluation of activities aimed at promoting the health of the local population, as well as offering support to identified families as delegated by a Health Visitor. The post is suitable for those wanting to develop the skills and knowledge to prepare for a Health Visiting career.
