Description About the role We have a new opportunity for a Central Administrator to join our team based in Oldham on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a full-time vacancy working 39 hours, Monday to Friday. The shift times are flexible and need to be between 08:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday. Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, you will provide administrative support and manage the resource process for starters and leavers and will ideally have previous experience of creating reports and providing statistics and analysis. You will not only be an experienced Administrator, you will also have great customer service skills. You will also be able to demonstrate: Good attention to detail with ability to prioritise and manage a varied workload to meet agreed deadlines. Experience of working independently or across cross functioning teams. Good time management and organisational skills Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information. Customer service experience Experience of working with IT systems to produce reporting, analysis, and statistics. Good standard of numeracy and literacy. Good oral and written communications. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
