This role exists to provide professional and courteous daily reception activity for Jimmy Choo head office. The Receptionist will be an ambassador for the brand, both in person and on the phone, ensuring the image and standards of a luxury company are maintained at all times.
Full-Time, 40 hours per week
What You’ll Do:
1. Provides daily reception service as the first point of contact for all visitors to Jimmy Choo, dealing with members of staff and guests. Pre-registers guests when required into the building and notifies staff members when guests arrive.
2. Operates a busy switchboard and answers incoming calls courteously and promptly, with the ability to deal with large volumes of sales calls and field them appropriately.
3. Receives incoming mail and courier packages, logs all deliveries, distributes into the post room, and alerts employees to collect.
4. Provides courier (FedEx / DHL) and mail outbound service to all of the office and London stores. Liaises daily with courier and the building's mail personnel to ensure a smooth courier service is achieved.
5. Books meeting rooms with staff and coordinates with business teams such as PR on Press Days. Liaises with the IT team on the setup of video conferencing calls.
6. Creates Wi-Fi tokens for guests when required.
7. Ensures the reception area, reception support areas, and the 7th floor meeting rooms are maintained to the highest standards at all times. Organizes refreshments for external meetings when required.
8. Orders office stationery for individual departments with our agreed supplier.
9. Maintains up-to-date contact lists for the businesses and distributes them regularly.
10. Provides support when needed to the EA to CEO and EA to CFO on ad hoc projects, such as special events, board meetings, and admin.
11. Other responsibilities include: Fire Warden Training and First Aid training, assisting with facilities requests.
We’d Love to See:
1. Experience of working in a fast-paced business environment preferred.
2. Familiarity with reception duties such as dealing with post and couriers, greeting guests.
3. Experience within a luxury brand preferred but not essential.
