Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. With a strong order book and due to growth into various export markets they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
Role and Responsibilities:
* Planned Maintenance inspections, review parts used
* Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules, carry out safety checks on range of equipment
* Monitor plant conditions, report defects, repair of machinery
* Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs, risk assessments
* Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non:conformance issues
* Working on a range of boilers, steam boilers, ammonia equipment, valves and Pumps
* Supporting production and continuous improvement projects
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
* Formal Engineering Qualification : C and G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained
* Continuous improvement knowledge
* Strong knowledge of good engineering standards
* Experience in Engineering, manufacturing or production environments

* Salary:: GBP48,000 : GBP50,000
