I am working with an LPA based in a beautiful part of West Midlands who are seeking an Interim Senior Planner for an initial 6 months, with the view to extend beyond.
My client requires a skilled Planner to handle a caseload of mixed applications ranging from Householder to complex Minor level, with a few Small Major applications.
The Council have indicated that they would particularly like to see experience with handling S106 agreements and Stakeholder Engagement.
My client has stressed that although they do require an experienced candidate, they would be willing to consider applicants who are at a more Junior Planner level, so If you feel you have the suitable attributes then please don’t be put off from applying.
The authority have indicated that they will offer between £40 and £50 an hour for the right candidate, which will depend greatly on your experience.
