Job Title: HR Office Manager
Location: London (Hybrid, 4/5 days per week on site)
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organised HR Office Manager to join our growing EV charging business. This is a pivotal role combining HR management, office administration, and support to the CEO. You will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring smooth operational processes, and supporting the leadership team. Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management
* Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
* Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
* Handle employee relations, acting as a point of contact for HR-related queries.
* Oversee compliance with employment laws and regulations.
* Coordinate performance reviews and assist with professional development initiatives.
Office Management
* Ensure the smooth running of the office, including managing suppliers and overseeing facilities.
* Maintain and improve office systems, tools, and processes.
* Act as the primary point of contact for health and safety matters.
Culture and Engagement
* Champion initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
* Organise team-building events, social activities, and other engagement initiatives.
* Drive employee wellbeing programmes, including Occupational Health.
Executive Support
* Provide administrative support to the CEO, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and correspondence.
* Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Experience:
* Proven experience in an HR or office management role, ideally in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment law in the UK.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* High levels of discretion and confidentiality.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
* Experience with onboarding and creating positive workplace cultures.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software/tools.
