Our client is seeking a motivated individual to join their Employee Benefits team based in Manchester (hybrid working available). The role is supporting the Head of Employee Benefits in client administration, new business acquisition and collaborating communication packages for clients playing an integral role in the overall success of the department as they continue to grow. Some of the key responsibilities will include: Providing exceptional customer support to clients and their employees Preparing new business proposals for consultants Assisting with scheme renewals, benefit reviews and strategy reports for clients Running employee engagement workshops (this will become part of the role when you feel you are ready) Ideally you will have some financial services experience, no prior EB experience is needed, as the successful individual will receive extensive training in the role, all they are looking for is an eagerness to learn. Basic salary £25,000 to £33,000, bonus and benefits.
