About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales and Service Professional to join our team in the Spalding branch. As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product lines and services to provide expert advice and solutions to customers.
* Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions.
* Account Management: Proactively manage lapsed accounts by checking in with customers and generating sales opportunities.
* Order Processing: Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
* Branch Maintenance: Ensure the branch is always clean and tidy, making a great first impression on our customers.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to suggest opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
