A bespoke independent Financial Planners are looking to bring in an ambitious IFA Administrator to join their sales support team. The firm focus on providing an exemplary holistic financial advice offering to high-net-worth clients across Scotland.
The IFA Admin team currently consists of a number of administrators including the Administration Manager, who will be your point of contact and offer support during your time here.
The administration team are all experienced and you can learn lots from working alongside them. You will be given the opportunity to study towards financial planning qualifications and work alongside highly successful financial planners.
The offices are based in central Glasgow, meaning you will be able to feel the buzz of the city whilst you work and head out for those post-work drinks during the week!
Expectations of the IFA Administrators:
- Supporting with queries and being a point of contact for ongoing clients
- Update records, demonstrating excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrate industry knowledge and understanding of Pension & Investment products
- Update Paraplanners / Advisers with changes made or if the need to raise query further
- Demonstrate ability to prioritise workload to meet expected SLAs
