We are seeking a HR Business Partner for a 9 Month FTC to deliver a strategic, high impact HR service that aligns with business objectives and supports cultural values. You must be available to start within the next 3 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver strategic HR Business Partnering to support business strategy through initiatives like change management, talent development, and performance management.
2. Develop People Plans aligned with business goals and priorities.
3. Collaborate with HR Services and Centres of Excellence to support your business area.
4. Provide consultancy to address people-related challenges, risks, and gaps.
5. Support employee engagement initiatives to improve morale, retention, and productivity.
6. Build strong relationships with business leaders, acting as a trusted partner.
7. Use people data to inform decisions and forecast future business needs.
Skills & Experience:
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage with all levels of the organisation.
2. Strong leadership and emotional intelligence, with the ability to motivate and develop others.
3. Knowledge of Employment Law and HR best practices.
4. Proven experience in managing projects, stakeholder relationships, and employee engagement.
5. Generalist HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable:
1. Chartered CIPD or equivalent.
2. Business Partner model experience.
