Hays is working exclusively with an established manufacturing organisation on the recruitment of an HR Administrator to join their HR team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who is looking to join a small HR team working within a fast-paced organisation.
Your new role
Within your new role, you will work closely with the HR Team on a wide range of administration duties within HR. As the successful candidate, you will provide good attention to detail on administrative support to the HR team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring the HR Systems are updated with the relevant HR Data
2. Involved in taking the lead on the induction process for all new starters, ensuring all documents and training schedules have been received
3. Monitoring the HR Inbox
4. Provide support in the management of annual appraisals
5. Co-ordinate the administration of leavers, issuing of relevant letters, recording on trackers
6. Assisting with Occupational Health
7. Involved in minute taking within meetings
8. Ensure all health and safety policies and procedures are followed
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working within a fast-paced organisation
2. Good attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
3. Exposure to working within an HR function previously
4. Microsoft Office packages
