As a Data Analyst, you'll be integral to our marketing strategy, using data to:
* Analyse customer behaviour and dining trends to enhance engagement and loyalty.
* Track marketing campaign performance and deliver actionable recommendations.
* Develop predictive models to uncover key growth opportunities.
* Generate insights and reports to support data-driven decisions across our marketing and creative teams.
* Create automated dashboards to monitor critical metrics such as bookings, customer lifetime value, and retention.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.
* A passion for customer insights, segmentation, and trend analysis.
* Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders.
* Experience in marketing analytics or a related field is a plus.
