This established business provides specialist solutions within the facilities sector. Synonymous for their customer service, they are now looking to add a Procurement Administrator, who is customer focussed, to provide the highest level of administration support to the Procurement Team.
If you are organised; have experience within a procurement environment and are a great communicator, you will be well rewarded with a salary of up to £26,000 plus bonus and pension.
About the role:
Working within a small procurement team, you will be responsible for:
* Manage all purchase orders
* Deal with supplier invoice queries
* Ensure off-hire equipment is managed quickly
* Work with suppliers,escalating as necessary
* Ensure all documentation is completed
* Provide general administrative support
About you:
You will already be working within an Administration role, preferably within a procurement / purchasing environment; you will also need:
* An excellent telephone manner
* Be a confident communicator at all levels (internally and externally)
* Organised
* Strong IT skills
* Proactive
