Job Description: Customer Activation Leader responsible primarily for the successful activation and execution of the activity plan, to work with the sales team to produce a toolkit of options which they can tap into to ensure we delivering best in class execution in our customers. Customer facing/sales experience- preferred Shopper marketing experience preferred but not essential Understanding of customer activation- preferred What will be your key responsibilities? Executing an ROI activity plan Manage and track the ER numbers to 100% and manage the volume process Lead the execution plan and build the customer story for the sell in decks Be an integral role within the customer/sales team to partner in the delivery of the plan What can you expect from Mars?
