About the Role
Sodexo is seeking a FM Administrator to support our maintenance team by managing records, coordinating contractors, and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. We are offering a competitive salary of £28,039.89 for the first year rising to £29,400.52.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain maintenance records, diaries, and training documentation.
* Manage contractor bookings, certifications, and compliance documents.
* Operate the CAFM system (Maximo) for asset management and work orders.
* Raise purchase orders and e-permits.
* Provide administrative support, including minute-taking and general office tasks.
What We're Looking For
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Experience in a compliance-driven or maintenance environment.
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
