Job summary NHS Devon Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking an exceptional leader to join us as Chief Strategic Commissioning and Planning Officer. The Role You will lead the production and delivery of a multi-year ICB strategy designed to improve clinical and care outcomes, reduce health inequalities, and deliver better life outcomes for Devon's population. Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, other Board members, and partners across Devon's health and care system, you will ensure that the ICB strategy and delivery reflects the ambitions of the Integrated Care Partnership, the NHS Long Term Plan, and other national strategic priorities. You will also oversee the interpretation and implementation of these ambitions into local delivery plans, ensuring alignment with contracting, performance, and system-wide transformation objectives. You will enable agile, evidence-based decision-making and ensure that strategic commissioning priorities are informed by the needs of local communities and aligned with the ICB's long-term vision.
