We are seeking dedicated Child / Young Person Support Workers to join our team, working closely with children and young people on a 1:1 or 2:1 basis to ensure their safety, care, and well-being.
This role requires keen attention to detail and the ability to confidently document observations on the young person's emotions, interactions, learning progress, and daily routines.
You will be actively involved in engaging activities with the young person, encouraging them to become more independent, follow a routine, and focus on their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children and young people, particularly those with challenging behaviour, mental health issues, or disabilities, is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
