Our Company
1st Visa International is a London-based consultancy platform providing all-rounded business and immigration services for UK and international individuals. We are increasing our team and are looking for a marketing admin assistant with the specifications listed below:
Main Responsibilities and Requirements
1. Develop and manage a comprehensive social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely posting across all platforms (including WeChat, Facebook, RED, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
2. Create engaging content and posts to promote services.
3. Monitor social media channels and respond to inquiries (for platforms including WeChat, Facebook, RED, Google, LinkedIn, and TikTok).
4. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and records.
5. Support the team with marketing initiatives.
6. Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience/Qualifications
1. Experience in editing pictures, videos, and creative writing.
2. Work experience in social media management preferred.
3. Good organizational and communication skills.
4. Flexible and adaptable in completing varied tasks.
5. Mandarin or Korean speaking/writing language skills preferred.
