Our client, a removals company, is looking for a Sales Coordinator to join their office in Dartford.
Responsibilities:
1. Retrieving leads from our website, quoting, and calling the customer.
2. Following up with clients to try and obtain bookings.
3. Answering incoming calls and actioning client requests.
4. Meeting monthly sales targets.
5. After sales care: coordinating booked jobs and assisting clients with custom queries.
6. Applying payments and raising invoices.
7. Booking courier collections and liaising with the removal operations team.
8. Participating in team incentives for meeting monthly targets.
