Isio Wealth Planning is recruiting for a specialist Intelliflo Office Systems Analyst / Project Manager, working to ensure that the iO system is fully data cleansed and configured to effectively support Isio Wealth processes and reporting requirements. This role will involve collaborating closely with all wealth teams, stakeholders, and external iO partners to lead the successful implementation of system enhancements and implement iO processes to ensure data integrity. The role is for a fixed term 6 month contract, will report into the Head of Wealth, with oversight by the Project Management Team and Operations Manager. The position is hybrid/remote working and can be based from any of our offices Nationwide - including Reading, Croydon, London, Birmingham, Belfast, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Bristol.
Role and Responsibilities
* API / Look-ups Data Cleanse - review, remove and re-establish look-ups with third party platforms and investment managers.
* Client Data Cleanse - Lead the iO system data cleansing project, ensuring:
1. Accuracy and reliability of client data ensuring records are up to date with correct information to support both the Wealth team, collation of MI and Dashboards and support the roll out of a client portal.
2. Enable automated valuations for clients for ongoing advice reviews and ad-hoc requests.
3. Enable MI reporting for monthly reconciliation of AUM (new and lost assets) as requested by the board.
1. Invoicing - rectifying aged debtors issue and migration to an accruals process.
2. Workstreams - Manage the configuration of the iO system to align with best practices and optimise functionality of the system features for Wealth processes.
3. Documentation and Guides - Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, data processes, and project milestones.
4. Analyse system performance and additional functionality - making recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
5. Training and Development - Provide training to users to ensure compliance by colleagues.
6. Dashboards - Setting up Dashboards for Management, Advisers, Paraplanners, and Support team to reflect workflows and performance.
7. Coordinate project activities, timelines, and resources to ensure successful delivery within established deadlines.
8. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to provide project updates, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
9. Provide training and support to team members and end-users on system functionality and best practices.
10. Collaborate with the Wealth team to identify system requirements and convert them into actionable project plans.
Proven record of delivering solutions across the iO system and expertise in Wealth Planning and MI requirements, both regulatory and at board level. Experience of using other Dashboard / MI systems such as PowerBI is preferred. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and good interpersonal skills are essential, along with strong planning, organisational, and analytical skills.
