Located in our welcoming Paddington Office with hybrid working, you'll spearhead exceptional communication strategies that boost both employee engagement and external brand visibility. What you’ll be doing As part of the Marketing & Communications team, you’ll collaborate closely with local leadership and teams across the business to connect with employees and external stakeholders, drive participation in engagement initiatives, and support the business objectives through strategic communication. It’s a role with a lot of variety, and day-to-day, you’ll mainly be involved with: Internal Communication: Collaborate with leadership to prepare and share internal communications, ensuring clarity and engagement. Implement local engagement plans and foster community on Viva Engage. Oversee intranet content and establish feedback mechanisms to refine strategies. External Communication: Develop and execute external communication plans to enhance brand visibility and reputation, ensuring consistent messaging. Coordinate press releases with the marketing team and build relationships with key stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong media relations, manage crisis communication, and create high-quality content for external audiences. What you’ll bring Think you could make a difference here? You might also need some of the following: Experience: Experience in Communications positions with a focus on both internal employee engagement and external public relations. A great track record in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including media and community leaders. Strong background in managing and curating content for internal platforms and external media, ensuring alignment with business objectives and brand messaging. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is required. Skills: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and engaging messages for both internal and external audiences. Fantastic project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
