HR Manager Omagh Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (Flexible ) Permanent Gentech Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client based in Omagh who are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Manager. Duties Assist in the annual business and workforce planning Measure and monitor performance against the annual business and workforce plan objectives. Participate in the implementation of specific projects, procedure and guidelines to help align the workforce with strategic Provide coaching and mentoring to managers in the implementation of HR Develop, review, implement and co-ordinate performance management programmes and procedure. Develop and implement a suite of HR policies which are fully compliant with legislation, reflective of HR best practice. Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers alike, supporting on company policies, procedures, and processes. Manage the onboarding process and manage all documentation throughout the employee lifecycle. Prepare documentation for an array of areas including offers of employment and promotions. Manage all on-boarding and off-boarding duties. Ensure all HR related data is properly maintained throughout the employee life cycle. Maintain employee files, ensuring all relevant documentation is kept up to date. Essential CIPD Qualified L5 or L7 At least 3 years Previous HR Manager experience Ability to work proactively and use own ability Excellent organisational skills Efficient in using Microsoft office suite.
