Working a 4-day week, 6 hours per day (must include a Thursday & Friday bur flexible on others) Supporting management, you will be; Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks and data entry. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all information is up to date. Updating purchase orders for financial record-keeping and invoicing. Do daily landing purchase orders for boats & weekly statements. Help with Sales & purchase ledger entries. Answer phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
