Job Description:
We have a fantastic opportunity to work with one of our leading clients in the Uxbridge area. We are looking for driven and motivated candidates to join our client’s customer service team. You will have office-based customer service or account management experience and a passion for customer service. Our client can offer long-term support and progression within the business and wants someone to start with them on a full-time, permanent basis.
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 + monthly bonus

Customer Service Advisor - The Role:
* Resolve customer issues using ticketing system
* Answering customer calls
* Diary Management - Speaking to engineers to book site jobs and update systems.
* Be the first point of contact for all enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp business.
* Processing customer orders.
* Arrange shipments and liaise with couriers
* Resolve any customer issues and ensure the case is dealt with from start to finish
Customer Service Advisor - The Candidate:
* 3+ years experience in an office environment
* Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
* Phone-based customer service experience
* Able to learn and understand technical jargon
* Competent administrator with excellent customer service skills.
* Confident IT skills, particularly in Excel.
* A high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with the ability to work to deadlines is really important.
We cannot consider candidates from retail or hospitality unless you have office-based customer service experience too. This role might suit someone looking to move away from a telesales or sales role.
