The Role(s):
We are looking for a Paralegal to join our Newbury office. The role will include work within the Clinical Negligence and Catastrophic injury space and therefore it would be advantageous to have prior experience in this area.
Person Specification:
* Good organisation skills and methodical
* Willing to learn
* Hard working - we are very busy!
* Attention to detail
* Able to work both in a team and independently on tasks
* Prepared to volunteer for tasks and roles within the team/willing to “have a go”
* Reliable
* Empathetic/good listener - the issues our cases cover can be sensitive/emotional/difficult and require supporting our clients through difficult times and investigations.
* Able to offer any skills to help promote the CL Medilaw brand: social media, blogs, articles etc (desirable, but not essential)
* Sense of humour - we like to have fun!
