We are currently partnering with a leading Financial Services organisation in their search for an experienced Change Management Lead on a Workday programme.
This individual will work closely with the core programme/project team to support the Workday platform implementation, across both Finance and HR Modules.
This role will be a 1-year FTC and is looking to pay £100,000-£120,000 depending on experience.
Essential experience/qualifications required:
* Proven experience delivering change management within numerous Workday implementations
* Experience shaping change adoption and benefit realisation
* Strong knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials and payroll or similar ERP platforms.
