We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector to support our service user at night.
You will be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service user and building positive relationships with them and their family, whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible.
Meet our service user
Our service user is a lady in her 20s who lives at home with her family in Nelson.
She has a big passion for travelling and has recently visited Dubai, London, and France! She loves immersing herself in diverse cultures, creating unforgettable memories, and setting herself personal goals.
Enjoying a pamper night and experimenting with makeup is another favourite for our service user along with spending time with her family, friends and care team.
During the night you will provide support with her personal care, repositioning, clinical observations and attending to her clinical care needs when required. You will provide a peaceful environment to promote a restful night's sleep.
Main duties of the job
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
We have the following shifts available:
* 8:00pm-6:00am
Pay Rates
Weeknights: £13.00 per hour (Approx. £130 per 10-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £15.00 per hour (Approx. £150 per 10-hour shift)

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service user's individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service user's right to privacy and dignity is maintained.
