Human Resources- Graduate Programme 2025
Salary: £31,000 plus a £3000 joining bonus.
Location: Stevenage
Working pattern:
Our roles will typically allow a blend of on-site and at-home working to suit the needs of the role and the individual. You will have support from the whole team both virtually and in person, as well as access to our range of high-tech lab equipment.
Security clearance:
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.

The opportunity:
Our UK HR team is a successful, integrated team based across our different sites in the UK, involved in supporting and inspiring change in the business. We are part of a wider international HR function made up of experienced individuals who know the business well and believe in making valuable contributions to the business through what we do.
We are seeking a Human Resources Graduate to join the UK HR team to support the business and develop solutions that proactively support the business in driving forward. This will be through engagement with our employees and development of our key processes and strategies.
Through this varied role you will:
1. Work within specific business areas on six month rotations in areas such as: Client Facing, Remuneration and Benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development and Resourcing. The opportunity will enable you to extend your professional network and impact within MBDA.
2. Develop a greater understanding of the challenges faced by the business, whilst identifying the key people issues that need your drive and support to deliver.
3. Have the opportunity to learn and support in a wide range of situations, such as working with managers to create individual development and progression plans, support recruitment and improve retention, case management of employees, support on disciplinary, capability and grievance issues fairly, within the framework of UK employment law, MBDA policy and business satisfaction.
4. You will be able to form close working relationships with the wider HR function and local Management teams and therefore communication is key to success in this role.
What we're looking for from you:
Degree qualified in a Human Resources or related subject (minimum 2.2).
