Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Business Analyst to join our growing business.
The Apprentice Business Analyst supports the delivery of FSP's project & product implementations allowing you to gain exposure across multiple clients and sectors.
The Apprenticeship Programme
The apprenticeship takes place over a 14-month period where you will:
1. Gain a nationally recognised qualification in Business Analysis (Level 4 Apprenticeship Standard)
2. Learn on the job alongside receiving external training and coaching.
3. Gain experience across multiple projects, clients, and sectors.
4. Broaden your understanding across business specialisms, such as:
5. Business Fundamentals
6. Data Proficiency
7. Project Management
8. Project Delivery
9. Business Intelligence
Responsibilities
1. Support in the successful delivery of innovative digital and technology solutions.
2. Assist in gathering user requirements and project specifications.
3. Analyse and prioritise use cases.
4. Help clients succeed with technology projects through change consultancy, business communications and training.
5. Build relationships with client stakeholders, developing an understanding of them, their business and their industry.
About You
1. A-levels or equivalent (must have a level 2 GCSE in both English & Maths).
2. Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
3. Engaging and able to easily build rapport with others.
4. Keen interest in technology and possessing good IT skills.
5. Enjoys the challenge of a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
6. Due to the nature of this role, successful candidates may need to undergo security clearance. To be eligible for this role, you must have lived in the UK for at least 5 consecutive years.
