Lancashire County Council’s Children and Family Wellbeing Service is looking for a dynamic and innovative Family Policy Development Officer to join our management team. Your Role: In this newly created strategic role you will be at the forefront of shaping and implementing policies in relation to significant national developments - including Family Hubs, Family Help, Holiday Activities Fund, Reducing Parental Conflict work and other associated initiatives. Your key responsibilities will include: Strategic Leadership: Drive the development, review and implementation of policies related to Family Hubs, Family Help, Supervised Toothbrushing, Holiday Activities Fund, and Reducing Parental Conflict. Early Intervention: Focus on providing enhanced support to those with complex needs or at risk, ensuring early help makes a positive difference. Collaboration : Work closely with senior managers, stakeholders, and strategic partners to develop and enhance service delivery.
