An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Senior Associate to join a well-known UK firm in their highly ranked real estate team. The team advises on the entire lifecycle of a property; from site assembly, options and acquisition, to portfolio management, asset preservation and eventual disposal.
Experience required:
1. Qualified in England and Wales or Common Law jurisdiction.
2. Have between 5-7 years PQE in a reputable commercial property team.
3. Significant Landlord and Tenant experience.
4. Experience in the drafting and negotiation of property contracts and leases and associated documentation.
5. Experience of taking responsibility for running some aspects of larger property transactions.
6. Experience of supervising junior lawyers and paralegals.
7. Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
8. Excellent communication skills.
9. Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree.
10. Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
11. A self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
