Behaviour mentor

We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Behaviour Mentor to join our SEND School in Tower Hamlets. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviours and helping them to overcome barriers to their learning. You will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic and personal growth.

The role

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to students with challenging behaviours
* Collaborate with teachers to develop individualised behaviour plans
* Monitor and record student behaviour and progress
* Facilitate group sessions to teach essential life skills
* Collaborate with external agencies for additional support
* Stay updated on best practices in behaviour management
