About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with strong NEC contract knowledge to support our public sector client.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to key infrastructure and construction projects, ensuring effective cost management and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities: Managing project costs, ensuring value for money while maintaining high standards.
Preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
Administering and managing NEC contracts (ECC, PSC, TSC, etc.), ensuring compliance and best practices.
Reviewing contractor applications, valuations, and variations.
Assisting in procurement processes, including tender analysis and contract negotiations.
Managing risk, forecasting costs, and mitigating financial exposure.
Providing commercial advice to stakeholders and project teams.
About You: Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in the public sector or infrastructure projects.
Strong working knowledge of NEC contracts and their application in construction projects.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in cost management software and financial reporting tools.
Strong understanding of public sector procurement regulations (desirable).
