Customer Service Advisor
£25,000 or £13.85 per hour
Temp to perm contract, fully remote or hybrid
Monday – Friday shifts scheduled between 8am – 6:15pm
35 hours per week
Start Date: 27th January 2025
Interview dates: 7th and 9th January
We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service Advisors who have a strong passion for helping people and delivering excellent customer service.
The client is a large award-winning Housing Association that receives 3,500 inbound calls per day. It is a vibrant and fun department with excellent training and promotion opportunities.
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills and has experience prioritizing and managing their own time.
To be successful, you’ll need to be a high achiever who strives to meet and exceed KPIs. This will be measured against the high standards of customer satisfaction. If you are up for a challenge, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be the first point of contact for housing association customers.
2. Answer customer messages via multiple channels, such as telephone, email, and any in-house packages to enhance the customer service experience.
3. Provide accurate and appropriate information to customers.
4. Keep confidential records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, using in-house systems.
5. Comply with company policies and procedures.
6. Liaise with internal departments as needed.
7. Play an active role towards departmental KPIs and company objectives.

1. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
5. Ability to communicate and engage with the diverse needs of our customers and stakeholders.

9. Computer literacy to navigate multiple company software applications while still actively listening.

11. Target-driven to achieve your individual KPIs and objectives.
12. Responsible for your own learning, seeking advice, support, help, and guidance when required.
