Key Responsibilities
1. Expected to proactively reach out to clients to form/strengthen relationships, with the goal of maximizing sales and securing ongoing business.
2. Identifying and sourcing top talent through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, and social media platforms.
3. Posting job adverts and responding to incoming job applications.
4. Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
5. Providing expert guidance and support to clients, understanding their needs, and providing exceptional service throughout the recruitment process.
6. Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the job search process, including interview preparation and career advice.
7. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial candidate screening to offer negotiation, placement, and beyond.
8. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to provide valuable insights to clients and candidates.
9. Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and strategies for success.
10. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs to drive business growth and success.
Requirements
1. Experience in a 360-recruitment position, with a strong track record of success.
2. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
3. Self-motivated and proactive approach to work.
4. Results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
