Job Title - French Accounts Assistant
Hours - Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Salary: £30,000
Benefits - Free on-site parking, 25 days holiday, 8% Pension, hybrid working, 10% company bonus
Location- Borehamwood
MUST HAVE's : Fluent in french and Accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, CIMA)

Purpose of the role:
* To support the group finance function by taking ownership of the subsidiaries across France and Belgium and assist in all areas of management accounts.
Day to Day responsibilities:
* Purchase Ledger, matching off invoices, meeting payment runs
* Bank Reconciliations
* Setting up SEPA direct debits
* Sales Ledger
* Supporting with Month End
* Assist with preparing monthly reporting pack for regional & global head office
* Monitor and complete balance sheet reconciliation
Skills and Attribute:
* Bilingual - French
* Proven understanding on management accounts
* AAT qualified or starting ACCA / CIMA
* Advance Excel experience
* Personal attributes: methodical, thorough, organised, precise, personable, attention to detail and resourceful.
