About the Project Manager
As Project Manager, you will be managing a varied portfolio of projects ranging in complexity and value.
Other responsibilities include:
• Assistance with the assessment of tender package documents for accuracy, compliance.
• Chair, lead and record meetings with relevant parties and stakeholders.
• Review programmes and process in line with contractual procedures.
• Attend regular site meetings to resolve issues such as defective works and ambiguities in contract information.
• Prepare contract documentation and agree instructions with contractors.
About You – Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will bring a wealth of experience in construction project management, with a strong focus on NEC forms of contract.
Other requirements include:
• Degree educated or equivalent experience in construction project management.
• Accredited NEC3 or 4 Project Management Practitioner or willingness to become accredited.
• Demonstratable evidence of having delivered a portfolio of projects of more than £5m each.
