Due to consistent and exciting growth within our businesses, we are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to join our Projects team. This role will be a great opportunity for the right candidate, providing exposure to a variety of work and career development.
Role Description:
The role involves overseeing several mechanical projects simultaneously, across commercial, education, and healthcare sectors. You will collaborate closely with our electrical division, liaise with clients, and champion health and safety in every project. Your key responsibilities include:
* Leading the successful delivery of mechanical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
* Driving the preparation and management of mechanical and M&E tenders and awarded contracts.
* Overseeing a high-performing engineering team of staff and subcontractors across multiple sites.
* Managing project documentation, budgets, schedules, and monitoring project performance.
Requirements:
* Experience in a similar role (minimum 3 years)
* Mechanical or plumbing background
* Full UK Driving license
* Willing to undergo a DBS full disclosure
* Experience across the following sectors - Healthcare, Education, Hospitality, Commercial Property
* Fully IT literate with an understanding of CRM systems (SimPRO experience desirable)
Package: Up to £70,000 OTE.
