As our new Digital Sales Specialist, you will be part of our Global Inside Sales Team. You will be accountable for the 360 sales cycle from beginning of the sales process, including research, to close of sale. As such, you will pitch solutions related to Crayon Group-funded consulting services and project deliveries.
Other responsibilities:
* Own the beginning of the sales process from lead generation, input in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to accurate handover to the sales representative, and support to close the deal
* Conduct high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling, demos, emailing, networking, and lead cycle management
* Build, manage and report on a pipeline of potential customers for upcoming Crayon services and projects
* Act as a trusted advisor, collaborating with new and existing customers to analyze their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Drive new revenue and profit opportunities for our customers by leveraging Crayon’s expertise in the market
Your Competencies:
* 6 - 12 months of experience in lead generation and/or in a customer facing role
* Solid background in software, technology would be ideal
* Experience in consultative selling and phone-based sales, ideally in selling new and market-defining technology
