Job Title – Contracts Data Lead

Hours of Work – 9am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday

Due to our continued success and expansion we have a requirement for a Contracts Data Lead to join our contracts team.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing the accurate recording, submission, and reconciliation of patient activity data to ensure timely and correct invoicing for NHS services.
* Managing and validating clinical coding to ensure alignment with NHS payment structures and contractual agreements.
* Utilising NHS reporting systems to monitor service performance, generate reports, and resolve discrepancies in payment and activity data.
* Working closely with finance teams to ensure all invoicing and payment claims meet NHS England requirements.
* Coordinating data validation and reconciliation processes to prevent revenue loss due to incorrect coding, incomplete data submissions, or rejected claims.
* Liaising with internal stakeholders, to improve data quality and ensure compliance with NHS digital requirements.
* Assisting in the development of reporting dashboards to track contract performance, financial trends, and activity monitoring.
* Keeping up to date with NHS tariff changes and evolving NHS commissioning policies to ensure continuous compliance.
Experience & Knowledge
* Strong background in healthcare data management, clinical coding, or NHS invoicing processes.
* Experience working with NHS reporting and finance systems.
* Knowledge of Clinical Coding within the NHS
* Familiarity with NHS tariff structures
* Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex datasets.
* Proficiency in data validation and reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy in financial claims.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with clinical teams, finance, and external NHS bodies.
