About this role
This long-standing architecture studio works predominantly within large scale housing and is looking for a full-time marketing and office assistant. You will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for graphic design, and outstanding presentation ability.
You will work closely with the team of talented architects to help highlight the best of their work to build brand awareness. You will report to and be mentored by the practice manager and the directors, assisting with all areas of administration, marketing, and business development.

Please note, this studio works from the office 5 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
1. Producing impactful marketing material (brochures and presentations) for new business pitches and client meetings
2. Identifying award opportunities and preparing submissions
3. Generating content for the website, social media channels, and newsletters
4. Managing the development and use of templates and policing the brand guidelines
5. Liaising with the PR consultant as well as the press and providing material for publication
6. Taking an active role in internal communications
7. Coordinating events: exhibitions, corporate hospitality, seminars, etc.
8. Updating and maintaining the project information database
9. Managing the image library and arranging photography of projects
10. Providing general support to the admin team, as well as the design team
11. Ensuring reception is sufficiently manned, answering the telephone, meeting and greeting clients and visitors
12. Managing all incoming and outgoing post/deliveries/couriers
13. Ordering stationery and groceries
14. Assisting with travel arrangements, bookings, office trips, and events
15. Assisting with recruitment, inductions, and arranging interviews
16. Assisting Finance Manager with preparation of receipts/petty cash
Skills and Experience
1. Previous administration & communications experience within the architectural industry
2. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
3. Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills
4. Professional with a positive problem-solving attitude
5. Accomplished graphic designer with advanced InDesign, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office skills
6. Experience of OpenAsset, Newforma, and CMAP beneficial
