My client is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to support their Residential Property department. You will work alongside an experienced team of solicitors and fee earners, assisting with a range of conveyancing matters from instruction to completion. Key Responsibilities: Assisting with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and leasehold matters. Drafting and reviewing legal documents such as contracts, property forms, and transfers. Conducting property searches, obtaining official documents, and reviewing titles. Managing client communications and providing updates on the progress of transactions. Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties. Supporting the team in ensuring that deadlines are met and legal requirements are adhered to. Requirements: Previous experience as a Conveyancing Paralegal or in a similar role within a residential property department. Solid understanding of the conveyancing process and relevant legal documentation. Excellent communication and client care skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. Law degree or relevant qualification (desired but not essential).
