Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers.
We serve our customers across a number of different channels: in-shop, delivery, Click & Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or order their food online.
While no two days will be the same, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and motivating the team to achieve service excellence.
2. Ensuring a high standard of customer service across all channels.
3. Managing daily operations and team performance.
4. Training and developing team members.
