Position: Business Process Analyst for Global Business Services and Outsourcing (BSO)
We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented business process analyst to join the Global Business Services and Outsourcing (‘BSO’) team. You will be responsible for gathering, analysing and consolidating processes and documentation from BSO teams across the globe to produce and document best practice guidance. Specific responsibilities will include documenting requirements for global digital projects and documenting minimum standards to promote quality across our services.
Additionally, you will provide training and support to the global community, to ensure that the best practices are followed.

Objectives of this role
* Analysing current business processes, workflows and procedures to identify best practice and areas for improvement.
* Developing and documenting best practice processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to design and execute digital projects aligned with organisational goals.
* Supporting the roll-out of best practices including delivering training to facilitate local adoption
* Monitoring and evaluating feedback on the effectiveness of guidance, measuring key performance indicators and making necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies and process improvement methodologies.
Key accountabilities
* Review documentation, process and procedures from BSO teams across the globe to identify best practices and opportunities for standardisation.
* Document best practices and develop guidance to support wider adoption.
* Create process documentation and guidelines, including standard operating procedures and workflow diagrams.
* Collaborate with BSO teams to support the implementation of process changes.
* Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on proposed changes.
* Translate business requirements into technical specifications for digital projects: Work with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements. Collaborate with development teams to translate these requirements into technical specifications.
* Provide training and support to team members on best practices.
* Lead or participate in reviews to capture lessons learned and areas of future improvement.
Qualifications
* Tertiary or vendor aligned technical qualifications covering general business analysis and reporting (e.g. University IT or Business degree, certification e.g. Microsoft, ITIL). APM, PMI or PRINCE 2 or Equivalent Business Analyst certification (e.g IIBA) highly desirable.
* 5+ years of experience in business process analysis.
* Experience of professional services firms highly desirable.
* Strong ability to converse with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Experience of capturing requirements or developing best practice within a compliance-oriented environment.
* Outstanding ability to analyse, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate best practice.
* Outstanding documentation skills.
* Self starter with excellent organisational skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to review documentation from a number of sources, identify areas of alignment and propose standardised best practices.
* Ability to manage and perform multiple complex tasks as part of the daily work assignment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate process changes and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels.
