We are looking for an Admin Assistant to provide an administrative and clerical support service to the Professional Nursing and Midwifery Advocacy Team. You'll work as part of the team in carrying out administration tasks in an efficient and friendly manner.
This is a Fixed Term, part-time role, working 25 hours per week over Monday to Friday. More details can be found below.
About You:
You will have proven experience of working within an office environment, where you've carried out administration duties. You will be an excellent communicator both internally and externally and will demonstrate a friendly and positive attitude when interacting with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
Main duties of the job
1. Answer and direct telephone queries, liaising with both internal andexternal colleagues, as necessary.
2. Accurately check or complete BPAS and legal paperwork
3. To provide generaloffice administration and booking rooms for internal meetings and training.
4. Maintain accuraterecords of all regulatory documentation (including CQC, Department of Health,Home Office).
5. To support the Team in projects linkedto delivering BPAS Business Strategy, and specific projects.

7. Good attention to detail, supportive towards colleagues and clients andis an effective team player.

Salary: £22,431 - £26,382 (£ - £ ph) pro-rata per annum - depending on skills/experience.
Hours: 25 hours per week
Shift Pattern:
8. Monday 09:00 -14:00
9. Tuesday 09:00 - 14:00
10. Wednesday 09:00 -14:00
11. Thursday 09:00 - 14:00
12. Friday 09:00 - 14:00
Location: Hybrid working with the expectation to attend the office as and when required
