We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to work from our office in Bedford, MK44 3JZ.
Our Customer Support Centre (CSC) is an integral part of Copart’s Customer Excellence Centre and plays a major role in driving forward our Operational Excellence by identifying, promoting, and delivering continuous improvement.
Our services include vehicle collection instructions, handling personal data, processing keys and documents, finance, and private plate management. We also have a Vehicle Offences team primarily responsible for appealing fines/penalties received for vehicles that have been through the auction. Alongside processing all of this information, we take an average of 3,000 calls a week.
You will be responsible for all data entry and administrative work, maintaining and updating online systems, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and building rapport with key stakeholders and customers.
