We are seeking an Admin Assistant to join our small close-knit accounts team. The job is office based due to the nature of the work and structure of our office.
The Role…
* Provide general administrative support to the accounts department
* Maintain and update company databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and organisation of information
* Assist with expense tracking
* Input data on Excel
* Assist the Finance Manager & Director’s PA with any ad hoc dutiesto help the running and operation of the company.
What you will need to succeed…
* Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with keen attention to detail.
* Ability to learn quickly
* Right to work in UK
