Pertemps Recruitment is currently seeking Production Operatives on behalf of a Global Manufacturer located in Hykeham, Lincoln. We have various positions available in departments such as Bench, CNC Machining, Assembly, and Metal Preparation.
What will I be doing?
* Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and company policies.
* Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet specifications.
* Assemble components accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
What skills and experience do I need?
* Previous experience in a production environment preferred.
* Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
* Strong attention to detail and quality.
* Basic math and measurement skills.
* Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
What hours will I be working?
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating from shifts.
A Shift: Monday to Thursday 6:00 am to 1:35 pm, Friday 6:00 am to 12:45 pm
B Shift: Monday to Thursday 1:25 pm to 9:05 pm, Friday 12:35 pm to 7:00 pm

Pay is based on a grading system however the starting rates are below.
